1. Who we are

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean The Ideal Academy, and “you” means the person using the site.

2. Who may use BidNoon

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law. BidNoon delivers only within Pakistan, so you must have a delivery address in Pakistan and be able to pay cash on delivery.

3. Your account

To bid, you verify your mobile number with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. Any bid placed from your verified session is treated as your bid.

Give us accurate information. If your name or delivery details are false, we may cancel the order and block the account.

4. Bidding and the contract of sale

Every auction is governed by our Auction Rules, which form part of these terms.

A bid is a binding offer to buy the item at that price. It cannot be cancelled or reduced. When the auction closes, a contract of sale is formed between you and us at the winning amount, subject to you confirming the order within 24 hours.

5. Price and payment

The amount payable is the winning bid plus a delivery charge that depends on your city. The charge for your city is shown to you on the bidding form, before you place your bid, along with the total you will pay on delivery. Current charges for every city we serve are listed on our Delivery & Returns page.

Payment is Cash on Delivery only. We do not ask for advance payment, bank transfers, or card details at any point. If anyone contacts you asking for advance payment in BidNoon's name, it is not us — please report it to +92 300 4102361 / +92 324 6758407.

6. Delivery

7. Items and descriptions

We describe each item as accurately as we can, including its condition, what is included in the box, and any visible marks or defects. Photographs are of the actual item unless stated otherwise.

Items may be new, pre-owned or refurbished — this is always stated on the auction page. Where a manufacturer or seller warranty applies, we say so; where none applies, we say that too. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

8. Things you must not do

• Bid without intending to complete the purchase;
• Use more than one account to bid on the same item;
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to place bids;
• Bid to raise the price for someone else's benefit;
• Attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• Copy our content or images for commercial use without permission.

9. Suspension and blocking

We may remove bids, cancel orders, and block accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been broken. Repeatedly refusing delivery of items you have won is a ground for blocking.

10. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to run the auction fairly and to deliver what was described. We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to do so.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by matters outside our reasonable control, such as internet or mobile network outages, courier delays, or events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when an auction opens applies to that auction. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
