Auction Rules

1. One item, once a day

A single item is released every day at 12:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) and stays open for bidding until 11:59 AM the next day. Only one unit is available. Nothing about the item — its name, description, market price or starting price — is published before the auction opens.

Teaser images for upcoming days may be shown in advance. These images do not reveal the product details or the price.

2. Auction duration and extensions

Each auction opens at 12:00 PM PKT and closes at 11:59 AM PKT the following day — just under 24 hours of bidding. The next item is then released at 12:00 PM sharp. The exact closing time is always shown on the auction page.

If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the closing time is extended by a further 2 minutes. This can happen up to 5 times in a single auction. This rule exists so that no one can win simply by placing a bid in the last second, and so every bidder gets a fair chance to respond.

An extension can never push an auction into the next day's auction — it always stops at least one minute before the next item is released. Only one item is ever shown on the site, and only one auction is ever open for bidding.

The auction clock runs on our server, not in your browser. If your device clock is wrong or your internet is slow, the server time is what counts. The countdown shown on the page is adjusted to match server time.

3. Who can bid

You may place a bid only if:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You have verified your mobile number through the one-time code we send you;
• You are able to receive a Cash on Delivery parcel in Pakistan;
• Your account has not been blocked.

One account per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts to bid on the same item is not permitted.

4. How bidding works

• Every bid must be higher than the current highest bid by at least the minimum increment shown on the page.
• You cannot outbid yourself. If you are already the highest bidder, you must wait until someone else bids.
• There is a short cooling period of a few seconds between bids from the same account.
• All bids are recorded with the server's time, which decides their order.

5. Bids are final

A bid cannot be cancelled, reduced or withdrawn. Once you confirm a bid, it is a binding offer to buy the item at that price. Please check the amount carefully before you submit it.

6. How the winner is decided

When the timer reaches zero, the highest valid bid wins. If two bids are for the same amount, the one that reached our server first wins.

The winner is contacted on the mobile number they verified. Bidder names are shown publicly in masked form only — full names and mobile numbers are never displayed to other users.

7. Confirming your win

The winner must confirm the order and provide a delivery address within 24 hours of the auction closing.

If the winner does not confirm within that time, or declines the item, the win passes to the next highest bidder, who will then have the same window to confirm.

8. Invalid bids

We may remove a bid and, where necessary, block the account behind it if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The bid was placed using automated software or scripts;
• Multiple accounts are being used by the same person on one auction;
• The bidder has no genuine intention of completing the purchase;
• The bid was placed to artificially raise the price;
• The account has previously refused delivery of items it won.

Removing a bid does not delete our record of it. When a bid is removed, the current highest bid automatically returns to the next valid bid below it.

9. Cancelling or postponing an auction

In rare cases — for example if the item turns out to be damaged, if a listing contains a serious error, or if a technical fault affects the auction — we may cancel or postpone it. If an auction is cancelled, no sale takes place and no payment is due from anyone.

10. Changes to these rules

We may update these rules. The version published on this page at the time an auction opens is the version that applies to that auction. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
